Site error: the file C:\www\webinvoice\index.php requires the ionCube PHP Loader ioncube_loader_win_5.2.dll to be installed by the site administrator.
Then you'll need to insert the following line into the bottom of php.ini :
zend_extension_ts = c:\www\webinvoice\ioncube\ioncube_loader_win_5.2.dll
